Doing challenges helps me to drink more water and be more active during the day. I started to read labels when I am purchasing food. I realized how store made food packed with preservatives, and how bad they are for you. I lost more weight. Still working on my sleep habits. I also help others to educate them about healthy habits. I love challenges. I don’t post much but I do my best to follow. I dropped 2 more lbs. (total 20 lbs. so far).

What I learned from doing the challenges was what foods to eat, recipes, and health tips. It’s ok to have a bad day it doesn’t mean you failed just start over tomorrow and don’t get discouraged and give up on yourself. Dina is very knowledgeable, tons of positive and genuine caring. I really like the accountability and also the support from others in the group and yourself! Kept me on track. I think the accountability partner was really great it made me get up and go exercise where if it was just me I may have not have but I didn’t want to let down my partner!.
