Dina provides an awesome support system. She is caring, motivating, positive & sincere. I realized how store made food packed with preservatives, and how bad they are for you. I lost more weight. Still working on my sleep habits. I also help others to educate them about healthy habits. What I learned from doing the challenges was what foods to eat, recipes, and health tips. I participated in the Ketogenic 28 day challenge. This program was really great because not only did it include a meal plan with delicious recipes it also included a guided meditation and daily motivation/symptom tracker. This challenge took the guesswork out of the keto diet which seemed overwhelming at first. I learned that daily meditation is good for my soul and that at the end of the 28 days I lost a total of 131bs. I would highly recommend this program to anyone looking to lose weight, have a clear head and sharp focus. This plan really works if you put in the time and commitment. I worked with Dina to complete her Energized Sassy Woman, the 12-week program, to get off of my last 10 lbs. I had gone on a medication and I had gained almost 15 pounds on it. I was able to get off about 5 lbs. of that on my own but was struggling terribly to get off the last 10 lbs.; this is when I found Dina. Before starting her program, I was eating a lot of the wrong kinds of food thinking that I was eating healthy. What I didn’t realize and learned through the 12-week program was that I was not nourishing my body. Through the 12-week program I lost my 10 lbs. while completely flooding my body with the nutrients it was desperately searching for and craving. I now focus on eating more (not less) then I did before but I choose nutrient dense foods which keeps me full longer and also keeps me nourished and healthy.
